“AMF (“America Moving Forward”) Offshore Racing, LLC was created in 2004 by John Haggin who jumped into the sport with his turbine powered boats and the same zeal and enthusiasm that made him a successful entrepreneur.  In less than two short years Haggin became World Champion and is currently seeking his fourth consecutive World Championship this November in Orange Beach, AL.

In 2007 Haggin teamed with GEICO and came up with the Miss GEICO catamaran which has quickly become the most recognizable boat in the world. Haggin recently introduced the third generation Miss GEICO boat which is the fastest boat in the world. He has also hired a racing crew to service the turbine engines in house at his racing headquarters in Riviera Beach, Florida.

Presently AMF is looking to place additional turbine powered boats in the offshore races. These new boats will have full sponsorship coverage available and with the success of GEICO, these sponsorship opportunities will not last long.”
