Born in Bayonne, New Jersey, on March 6, 1955, Ron moved to Toms River, NJ in June of 1965. He is a Graduate of Toms River High School North, Ocean County College and Seton Hall University. His Law Enforcement Career began in March of 1978 as a Seaside Heights Police officer and in 1979 he was enlisted in the New Jersey State Police as a Trooper. In 1991 Ron relocated to Palm Beach Florida where he continued his Law Enforcement Career as a Florida State Law Enforcement Officer with the Florida Department of Transportation.

In April of 1988, Ron incorporated National Safety Compliance to aid the transportation industry in DOT Compliance and has since grown to service 38 states with offices in New Jersey, California and Florida.

In June of 2000, Ron purchased a production company which produces video and DVD productions along with creating training manuals which are all authored by Ron.

Ron currently resides in Toms River, NJ with his wife Maria of 23 years their three dogs, Bailey, Trooper and Max. Ron has a son Ronald Jr. and a Daughter Sheena Lynn and stepson Marty. Ronald Jr. is married and father of 2 daughters and a son, Angelina, Bella and Gabriel. Ronald Jr. is with the Orange County Sheriffs Department in Orlando Florida.  Sheena is also married to her husband Brian who is a New Jersey State Trooper and currently a helicopter pilot for the New Jersey State Police. Sheena has a daughter Alexandria and a son Brian Jr. Marty is currently producing music and is an avid racer of ¼ mile dragsters.

Both of Ron’s Parents, Joseph and Lorraine, are residing in Lake Worth, Florida enjoying their retirement after serving 34 years with the New Jersey State Police.
